Common Queries

I paid but did not receive my PDF. Email us with your payment ID (starts with pay_) and the email address you used at checkout. We will resend the download link within a few hours.

The download link has expired. Email us with your original payment ID and we will generate a fresh link.

I found an error in the notes. We welcome corrections — please email us the topic name and the error. Verified corrections are updated in the bundle within 7 days.

I want notes for a subject not listed. Email us the subject name and semester. We prioritise based on demand.
